In June of 2015 Horizon Quest began a branch in Lancaster Pennsylvania with 1 part-time employee, selling advertising space for three editions of the Quest direct-door mailers.

Since it’s induction, the Horizon Quest American division has grown to 3 employees with an office location opened in Ephrata, PA as of December 2017. In April of 2018, a new territory was added to our Quest distribution. Constantly expanding our services, we now offer print marketing in addition to our Quest advertisements, web development, graphic design, safety training, business seminars, and ground and drone photography.

Meet the Team

Estelle Whiteman

Business Administrator

Estelle comes to Horizon Quest with an extensive background in customer service and office administration. She is a graduate of Millersville University with a degree in Writing Studies/Print Media Journalism. Estelle currently lives in Lancaster, PA with her husband.

Nate Groff

Sales Representative

Nate served in the US Navy for 4 years before entering the sales field. He now has over 10 years of experience with sales and customer service. Nate enjoys being outdoors and playing golf or spending time with friends and family.

Megan Flynn

Graphic Designer

Megan graduated cum laude from Rosemont College in the spring of 2020 with a BFA in Studio Art/Graphic Design. Megan has been designing since high school where she participated in yearbook club and she worked as a MacLab intern during her time at Rosemont where she worked on a variety of design projects for different personnel and organizations. With an interest and background in graphic design she joined Horizon Quest in July of 2021. She enjoys reading, singing, the outdoor and has a passion for art.

Keith Burkholder

Advisory Board

Keith lives in Ephrata, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children. In addition to, overseeing a team who makes prepared foods, he enjoys teaching and coaching leaders around living and leading with purpose. He is passionate about helping people realize that each of us has the ability to make a profound difference, not only in our own lives but also in the lives of others.

Irvin Weaver Jr.

Advisory Board

I am Irvin Weaver, Jr. and was born in Lancaster County, PA, in 1958. My wife Karen and I have six children and are blessed with 24 grandchildren. My parents started a retail business which celebrated 60 years of service this year in Fivepointville, PA. I have been involved in the family business for over 45 years. I believe Horizon Quest will expand its business in PA, as it develops more relationships in this region.
