Understanding the Deeper Purpose of Your Work – Dale Savage (POSTPONED)
So many people are unhappy with their daily work which affects every other aspect of their lives. God doesn’t intend for work to be a drudgery, even in a fallen world. Whether we are a business owner or employee, we need to feel like we are doing what God want us to do. Some questions that will be addressed are:
- Why did God give work to man?
- How do I create a vision for my work?
- Is goal setting important and how do I do that?
- Who do I really work for?
- How do I have a good relationship with my coworkers?

Clash of personalities at work
Two employees who do not get along can significantly undermine team cohesion, productivity, and overall morale, leading to increased tension, reduced communication, and potentially hampering the accomplishment of shared goals.
Every manager dreads dealing with two employees who have an interpersonal conflict. Do you let them figure it out on their own? Do you take sides? Left unresolved, this will negatively impact your work environment and your business.
This workshop delves into the dynamics of clashes between individual personalities using the framework of the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator; we will explore the fundamental differences that can lead to conflict. Through case studies, discussions, and interactive activities, participants will learn how these contrasting personality traits can influence communication styles, decision-making processes, and problem-solving approaches. We will explore valuable tools to navigate conflicts more effectively, fostering better interpersonal relationships and collaboration in your work environment.
