Kervin leads this organization with an entrepreneurial zeal. His passion for serving the surrounding rural communities has led to the successful growth of marketing and training services in many communities. Having grown up on a farm and gaining many years of experience in sales and management he is well equipped to serve business communities as the brand grows.

Gladys Bowman

Accounts Manager

Gladys has worked in accounting and finance for the last 10+ years for small to mid-size companies. She has recently graduated from Laurentian University with her Bachelor of Commerce degree and has a CPA designation. She is overseeing all the financial aspects of Horizon Quest which include invoicing, payroll, payables, and receivables.

Greg Oniskey 

US Sales Manager

Greg grew up in Ephrata, PA and currently resides in East Earl with his family. Greg graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Marketing and Management. Greg has his PA Real Estate License and has managed over 1.5 million square feet of real estate in the past ten years. Greg’s specific strengths include sales, marketing, website consultations, and providing advertising solutions.


Kimberly Henderson 

Office Administrator

One of the busiest places at Horizon Quest Inc. is the front office, where Kimberly serves as Office Administrator. As the “Face of Horizon Quest”, Kimberly’s friendly, efficient and professional manner welcomes everyone. Kimberly also organizes the short-term rental use of Horizon Quest’s facilities and assists clients who require office support for their own businesses. Kimberly believes organization is key in supporting her team members and in offering superior customer service.

Sandy Denman 

Program Sales Coordinator

Sandy comes to Horizon Quest with 20+ years of experience in Adult Learning. Among other certifications, she holds an Expert Trainer certification from Langevin, a Technical Communications diploma from George Brown College and is working on a degree in Psychology from Queen’s University. To say Sandy loves learning is a major understatement! Sandy has taken the reins of the Training division of Horizon Quest and looks forward to helping our rural communities with their business, computer, safety and language training needs.

Barbara Lustgarten Evoy 

HR Director

Barbara’s role includes growing, motivating and educating our team. She is also a local business owner, radio, and television host, is deeply involved with this community as a Director on the Groves Memorial Hospital Foundation, and Director of Youth Services for the Fergus Elora Rotary Club, she brings much to the table with an exceptional resume of experience. Watch for her "Business with Barbara" column in our Quest Editions.

Dorothy Horst

Customer Service

Dorothy comes to Horizon Quest with experience in customer service, as a business owner. Dorothy manages and provides customer service for Mucksters Supply Corp, which is an online clothing store. Dorothy also assists with client and staff support for Horizon Quest. Dorothy loves to read is always looking for ways to improve her customer service skills.


Office Administrator

Estelle comes to Horizon Quest with an extensive background in customer service and office administration. She is a graduate of Millersville University with a degree in Writing Studies/Print Media Journalism. Estelle currently lives in Lancaster, PA with her husband.

Tricia Brinco

Territory Sales Representative

Tricia brings to Horizon Quest 15+ Years of advertising sales experience. She accesses her clients needs by building close relationship through personal interaction. When she is not at work Tricia loves golfing, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Rick Hamminga

Territory Sales Representative

Rick’s background is in working with Customer Service, through his community involvement Rick understands the North Wellington community very well and is looking forward to working with the existing clients as well as developing new relationships in the local area. Rick resides in the Mount Forest area with his wife and 4 kids!

Randy Corlett

Territory Sales Representative

Randy is a 35 year veteran sales representative. Customer service and listening to his customers needs has been his trade mark. He looks forward to giving his customers an experience over the above their expectations. When he is not working, you can find Randy either at the gym, in the kitchen cooking, and for the summer months enjoying the sunset over Lake Huron.

Lisa Sapwell

Territory Sales Representative

Lisa brings 25 plus years of corporate and small business advertising, marketing communications and sales expertise to her clients. Helping small businesses to increase their profile in the community is her top priority. She resides in West Grey with her husband and two Portuguese water dogs.

Erica Leis 

Web Communications & Design

Erica is our Web/Graphic Designer, she has gained much valuable experience through her recent projects in designing marketing materials including, but not limited to logos, brochures, business cards, advertisements, product labels, and product packaging. She is proficient with Industry-standard design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Her goal is to deliver an effective, focused, and on-target product that fits her client’s needs and goals for their business.

Jeff Bilen

Web Developer

Jeff brings over 25 years of web development experience to the Horizon Quest team and ensures that our clients' websites perform well across all major browsers and devices. Jeff has a high level of proficiency, with industry-standard graphic design software and coding packages, which he uses to take our projects from wireframe concepts to fully-functioning responsive websites.

John Yenssen

Graphic Design Coordinator

John has worked in graphic design and marketing for six years and has a passion for branding. He holds a degree in communications, with a concentration in broadcasting. John resides in Hanover with his wife and three children.


Helen Bowley 

Graphic Designer

Helen is a local, passionate, and skilled graphic designer with over 20 years of professional advertising, marketing, pre-press, packaging signage, corporate design and branding experience. Her portfolio includes projects in a variety of design and print areas.


Rose Gingrich 

Graphic Designer

Rose possesses knowledge and experience in many different areas of design but excels in print advertising. Rose holds a two-year graphic design diploma from Georgian College and is currently working remotely from her home in Seguin, ON.

Dean Livingston 

Graphic Designer 

Dean is a part time graphic designer with 10 years of experience in the graphic design industry.  Dean had a solid foundation to start his career with a diploma in graphic and web design. Driven by a passion for helping people and problem solving, Dean is a fire fighter when he is not here at HQ.
