Kervin leads with ten years of experience. Coming from a farming community he gained a zeal for serving rural businesses and through Horizon Quest has gained entrepreneurial success, including an international e-commerce business. Kervin and his wife Kendra live in Alma, ON.

Kendra joined the company through marriage and brought to the team writing and administrative skills as well as emotional support for her husband, all vital to the team’s success. Kendra was born and raised in Pennsylvania and brings a valuable connection to our US division.

Gladys Bowman CPA, CGA

Chief Financial Officer

Gladys has more than ten years of experience in accounting and finance for small to mid-size companies. She graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has a CPA designation. Gladys oversees and manages all financial aspects of Horizon Quest.

Willard Bauman

HR Director

Willard has been married to his wife Marilyn for forty-five years. They have raised three adult children. From 1984-2015, Willard co-owned and managed a bakery waste recycling facility. Presently, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and volunteering at his church and in various charities.

Hanniel Ghezzi

Creative Director

Hanniel brings two decades of experience working for leading printing and manufacturing firms in the GTA since graduating from Graphic Communications Management at Ryerson. Hanniel enjoys running, serving in his church, and raising his four children with his wife Jannilea.

Business Administrator

Estelle comes to Horizon Quest with over 10 years of experience in office administration and customer service. She is a graduate of Millersville University and currently lives in Lancaster, PA with her husband and enjoys serving with youth programs in her church.

David Chiswell

Bookkeeping Assistant

David has over two decades of experience in retail management. Deciding on a career change, he obtained an Office Administration Certificate from Conestoga College. While studying David found a new passion and is now working towards a Bookkeeping Certificate.

David recently obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Guelph University. David grew up in Newcastle but currently resides in Guelph. David aspires to obtain a CPA designation in the future.

Donna Martin

With over 27 years of Human Resources, Customer Service and administrative experience, Donna joins the team at the Hanover, Ontario location as a friendly customer service representative for our Muckster’s Supply Corp. division. Donna enjoys interacting with and supporting both the rest of the team members and her clients. Donna lives near Hanover, Ontario with her husband and family and enjoys going for nature walks and spending time with her grandchildren.

Tricia has been in the advertising industry for over twenty years and uses her sales and marketing expertise to help her clients meet their marketing goals. She enjoys golfing, hiking, reading, gardening, cooking, and baking. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Lisa brings over twenty-five years of corporate and small business advertising, marketing communications and sales expertise. Helping small businesses to increase their profile in the community is her top priority. She resides in West Grey with her husband and two Portuguese water dogs.

Nate served in the US Navy for four years before entering the sales field. He now has over ten years of experience in sales and customer service. Nate enjoys being outdoors and playing golf or spending time with friends and family.

Marcie has over twenty-one years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Photographer. She strives to master new opportunities as they are presented to her. Marcie’s biggest achievement is her family, three beautiful kids and a wonderful husband that she loves to spend time with.

Laura grew up in Elora and worked part-time at Horizon Quest between studying graphic and web design at Sheridan College. She then moved to Toronto where she now lives with her husband while working remotely as a full-time designer. Laura strives to create designs that engage and delight.

Ilir Pllana

Web Developer/Designer

Ilir is a Web Developer/Designer with skills in graphic design. He grew up and lived in Kosovo until he moved to Kitchener in 2015. Ilir has an Advanced Diploma in IT Innovation and Design from Conestoga College. He enjoys watching sports and playing soccer.

Program Assistant

Lindsay extensive skills in customer service and program coordination. She received a Diploma in Radio Broadcasting and a Certificate in Emergency Telecommunications from Humber College. Lindsay’s passion is dance and she has enjoyed teaching children for the past seventeen years.

Joycelyn grew up on a farm where she handled customer service, sales, and product displays. For ten years she has worked with adults and kids with challenging behaviors and disabilities. She then completed her master’s degree to further her ability to help. Joycelyn enjoys volleyball, going to concerts, and time with friends.

Christy’s expertise includes managing people, coaching, and training. She has successfully led employees to reach optimal productivity while meeting performance expectations. Christy spends many hours hiking Centre Wellington trails with her Husky and camera.

Rick’s background is in customer service. Through his community involvement, Rick understands the North Wellington community well and enjoys working with existing clients while developing new relationships. Rick resides in Mount Forest with his wife and four kids.
