Kervin leads with ten years of experience. Coming from a farming community he gained a zeal for serving rural businesses and through Horizon Quest has gained entrepreneurial success, including an international e-commerce business. Kervin and his wife Kendra live in Alma, ON.

Hanniel Ghezzi

Creative Director

Hanniel brings two decades of experience working for leading printing and manufacturing firms in the GTA since graduating from Graphic Communications Management at Ryerson. Hanniel enjoys running, serving in his church, and raising his four children with his wife Jannilea.

Chief Financial Officer

Gladys Bowman CPA, CGA

Chief Financial Officer

Gladys has more than ten years of experience in accounting and finance for small to mid-size companies. She graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has a CPA designation. Gladys oversees and manages all financial aspects of Horizon Quest.

Willard Bauman

HR Director

Willard has been married to his wife Marilyn for forty-five years. They have raised three adult children. From 1984-2015, Willard co-owned and managed a bakery waste recycling facility. Presently, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and volunteering at his church and in various charities.

Kendra joined the company through marriage and brought to the team writing and administrative skills as well as emotional support for her husband, all vital to the team’s success. Kendra was born and raised in Pennsylvania and brings a valuable connection to our US division.

Benjamin Martin

Accounts Associate

Ben comes to Horizon Quest with over 10 years of experience in the Accounting and Taxation field. For several years, he ran his own public accounting practice where he specialized in both personal and small business corporate taxation. As our accounts associate, his experience and knowledge will serve to benefit the accounting clients of Horizon Quest.

Brian Jardine

Bookkeeping Assistant

Brian has more than ten years experience in bookkeeping in a small business, along with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science. He has recently moved to Fergus where he is enjoying small town life, along with the fabulous scenery this area has to offer. He enjoys cooking and keeping up to date with research about things like solar power, and electric.

Donnita Bowman

Administrative Assistant

Donnita lives on a dairy farm near Palmerston where she grew up. She is currently finishing her last year of high school from home via the Supervised Alternative Learning program. Donnita enjoys spending time with her church youth group, playing volleyball and hockey. She enjoys a variety of hobbies including baking, music, reading, travelling and enjoying life on the farm with her seven younger siblings.

A Millersville University Alum, Richard has been involved in sales and marketing since 2001. As an outside sales specialist, Richard has driven over half a million miles to ensure the satisfaction of his clients. At home, Richard enjoys spending time with his family.  He also enjoys watching and playing sports.

Tricia has been in the advertising industry for over twenty years and uses her sales and marketing expertise to help her clients meet their marketing goals. She enjoys golfing, hiking, reading, gardening, cooking, and baking. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Mike has 10+ years in sales and customer service. Was previously employed as a financial advisor helping clients with financial planning. He enjoys watching hockey and has coached kids hockey for over 10 years at different levels for a variety of ages. Likes to fish and go camping. He enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Laura Vidal

Brand Management & Design

Laura grew up in Elora and worked part-time at Horizon Quest between studying graphic and web design at Sheridan College. She then moved to Toronto where she now lives with her husband while working remotely as a full-time designer. Laura strives to create designs that engage and delight.

Megan graduated cum laude from Rosemont College in the spring of 2020 with a BFA in Studio Art/Graphic Design. Megan has been designing since high school where she participated in yearbook club and she worked as a MacLab intern during her time at Rosemont where she worked on a variety of design projects for different personnel and organizations. With an interest and background in graphic design she joined Horizon Quest in July of 2021. She enjoys reading, singing, the outdoor and has a passion for art.

Marcie has over twenty-one years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Photographer. She strives to master new opportunities as they are presented to her. Marcie’s biggest achievement is her family, three beautiful kids and a wonderful husband that she loves to spend time with.

Jestin Kuriakose is a Web Developer with skills in Front-end and Back-end development. He worked as a Freelance Web Developer before joining Horizon Quest in 2022. He loves learning about new web technologies and frameworks and he enjoys playing badminton,  spending time with friends and volunteering at his local church.

Safety Specialist

Eric brings 20+ years of experience as a First Responder serving at the rank of Captain with a local Fire Department.  He looks forward to presenting safety skills both in theory and practical as a Safety Specialist at Horizon Quest Inc. In his spare time he is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys weekends away camping with his family and friends. He is an active member of his community in Drayton where he lives with his wife and two kids.

Makaley grew up and was raised in Drayton, Ontario and recently moved just outside of Arthur. She is currently finishing high school and is working here at Horizon Quest as a co-op student. Makaley enjoys sports and serving in her local church and youth group. She also loves spending quality time with her friends and family.

Training Specialist

Christy’s expertise includes managing people, coaching, and training. She has successfully led employees to reach optimal productivity while meeting performance expectations. Christy spends many hours hiking Centre Wellington trails with her Husky and camera.

Paula Pothemont

Program Assistant

Paula obtained her Certified Management Consultant designation in 2004. Under the Canadian Association of Management Consultants, she worked with the Ontario Professional Development Committee and presented training sessions. Paula founded the Change Management Interest Group. Paula’s interests include mentoring, The Wisdom and The Truth working in love.
